Can I still apply even if I'm not a recent grad?

Yes! Professionals already in the field looking to fast-track track their careers in EPM consulting are also welcome to apply for the program.

When is the next CLIMB cohort?

The next CLIMB cohort is scheduled to begin in September 2025. 

Is this a full-time commitment?

Yes, the CLIMB Program is a full-time training and associate program. Cohorts can expect to commit 40 hours per week during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.

Is this is a remote position?

Yes, the CLIMB program is remote. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada or the US to apply. 

Is this a student co-op opportunity?

No, the CLIMB program is not a temporary student co-op, but rather a full-time, salaried career development program that can take up to 3 years to complete. That said, this program is best suited for individuals available to work full-time during regular business hours.

How many spots are available in the cohort?

We typically accept between 6-10 people in each cohort.
