The challenge

Amica was utilizing the Great Plains general ledger to consolidate its financials. Data was pushed from their source Yardi ERP into Great Plains, and this process proved difficult and overly complicated. Amica had built some great tools in budgeting and forecasting, but they were in Excel and tough to maintain. Once budgets were created, changing them was time-consuming, costing company leaders valuable decision-making advantages.

It took 12 months for the total build turnaround, including setup, development, training and deployment.


Budget forecasting was cut from five months to less than one week, a more than 95% reduction.

What we achieved
